Our state-of-the-art computerized machines enable us to offer complete flexibility in our service plans. Choose from one of the following:

1) Standard Vending. We recommend this option to businesses that require everyone to pay as they go. We activate the coin/bill collection mechanism with lockbox. It can also accept tokens, which adds flexibility to our vending options. This option is ideal for facilities under a tight budget but who, at the same time, want to improve the working environment for their employees.The average price per cup for each cup under this plan is less than half of what it would cost at a specialty coffee bar.

This plan is recommended for office facilities, medical clinics, city halls, etc.

2) Direct Bill. Recommended for businesses that wish to offer a treat to their customers and provide an additional benefit to their employees. Under this plan, our machine tracks the servings used and we send you a monthly bill. No, fuss, no muss, no coins, no bills, no tokens. This plan results in higher volume which allows us to price each cup at about a third of what it would cost at a specialty coffee bar. For very high-volume locations (in excess of 400 cups per week), we offer sliding-scale pricing, further lowering the average price per cup.

This plan is recommended for car dealerships, banks, etc. The plan is even recommended to facilities that wish to resell our gourmet coffee at retail prices (such as restaurants, bakeries, donut shops, etc.)

3) Subsidized Vending. For businesses wishing to subsidize the service, we are able to set up a reduced-charge coin collector and couple that with a direct bill system for the balance based on the servings tracked by the machine’s counter. For example, a business might choose to cover the first 50 cents per cup and everyone else pays the difference at the time of purchase. We then bill the company for the number of cups ordered at the subsidized rate every month.

4) Re-sell Vending. For businesses who wish to bring in an additional source of revenue through our service, we are able to set up a marked-up price to be collected through our coin/bill collection mechanism. Depending on resell volume, your business can benefit from earning a 25 to 50 cent markup for each cup sold. In the right location, this option can result in a direct contribution of several hundred dollars per month to the company’s bottom line . This option is also great for fund-raising activities or to raise employee contributions for charities such as the United Way.

This plan is recommended for Hotels, Internet Cafes, Copy Centers, etc.
